MsMarfim or Margarida has a degree in graphic design from ESAD, School of Art and Design and a master’s degree from IPCA in Digital Design. She is passionate about graphic design and art and seeks to unite the two passions. The pursuit of education, research and creative practices are important to her.
She defines herself as a very creative person but also extremely curious. She uses different media such as animation, motion design, typography, connected to analogical media like collages, hand drawing, painting. To her is interesting the mixture of analog and digital mediums, it is a process with its own magic. Some of her references are not only designers but also painters and illustrators. In the future, she intends to continue studying design, art, painting and music, but also digital design, immersive experiences in VR and its bridge with graphic design.
