Ogata Tetsuo is a spokesperson for alternative visual and musical culture, especially Japanese. Among his programs on RUC and his management of the Fanzineteca archive, he is also an ambassador for the fanzine culture scene in Portugal.

On the 16th, on his YouTube channel Niji TV, he presented 5 new publications, including issue six of Ultra Violenta dedicated to the theme “Scar.” This edition also featured his participation as a guest artist.
In addition to contributions from a distinguished group of artists: Anna Kłos, Kali Kali, Raquel Barrocas, and Miguel Correia.

This video also showcases an exceptional publication, 46 pages long, which speaks volumes to us. We consider it one of the best publications of recent times with the true spirit of grunge design — something not seen since the days of Raygun.
