Specialized in naturalistic and paleontological illustration, he has collaborated with museums, research centers, and science outreach projects, helping to make science accessible to audiences of all ages. His work stands out for its technical precision, meticulous observation, and ability to transform data and science into engaging visual narratives. As a trainer, he shares his experience at the intersection of art and science, guiding participants in developing drawing practices that emphasize detail, interpretation, and the visual communication of scientific knowledge.

CONTEXTUALIZATION:
Scientific illustration combines art and technique to represent organisms, processes, and concepts in a clear and accurate way.
It is an essential visual tool for communicating knowledge, facilitating understanding, and making visible what often cannot be directly observed.

DESCRIPTION:
In this scientific illustration workshop, participants will explore a theoretical introduction that brings together the history of art and the history of science, understanding how illustration has accompanied and influenced the evolution of knowledge.
This will be followed by a practical observational drawing activity, where each participant will be able to apply fundamental techniques and develop a scientific–artistic way of seeing.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
White drawing paper; Charcoal pencil; Graphite pencil; Colored pencils; Eraser.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Some of the required materials will be provided by the organizers; participants may also bring their own.
At the end of the training, each participant may request their personalized Certificate of Participation.
